Lake collection
Our latest collection is the result of experimentation. We noticed that on the edge of a small trial bowl there was an interesting overlap between two glazes, so in the next kiln load we pushed that further. The resulting blue variations remind me of Lake Taupo, and the way the water and blue hills merge on the far side of the lake.
Looking forward to creating more in this range, opening up the kiln with a load of these vessels glowing brightly within is a joy indeed.
